Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home decor arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
